Returns Policy
It is easy to feel overwhelmed - so many questions and different policies from different companies. In short, InGameUK looks to make this as stress-free as possible and any questions can be found in here, please feel free to contact with any questions. The main priority here is to be as easy, clear and supportive for you.
Cancel/Amend an order
Everything that can be done to facilitate this will be done. If you decide to cancel your order or wish to amend it, please email letsplay@ingameuk.com as soon as possible with your order number and this will be processed for you.
If, after dispatch, you wish to amend/cancel please get in touch as soon as possible with those order details. In the event of a refund please read the returns policy.
Returns
Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer a free return service at this time and so it is to you, the burden of shipping back. The refund will only be for the actual product(s) returned, not the shipping. It is highly recommended to use a tracked service to avoid any issues with missing post etc. Feel free to use any courier you see fit. It is not possible to be held responsible for any losses during transit so again, highly recommend a tracked service.
All returns must come in the condition bought - new items must still be sealed and in saleable condition. All preowned stock must be in the condition as sold - all components present, saleable condition, no damage. If the item is not returned in the condition it was sold a refund will be either rejected or partial (situation depending). Once a return is received it is checked over and the appropriate refund offered.
In the event that the item was bought in a promotional sale, it will be refunded at the price paid for at the time, not the original value. If bought in an offer with a free gift, this must also be returned for a full refund. If bought as part of a multibuy offer, this will also result in a partial refund unless all of the offer is being returned.
For security, the refund will only be processed to the original payment method. It can take 5 working days for refunds to cards and upto 30 days through PayPal.
Faulty Items
Items that are preowned are tested and cared for before sale (see the preowned page for more details). New stock is exactly that, however, sometimes life doesn't just us lemons, it launches it full force at our faces and faults can be present regardless of all good faith and intention.
If you do receive a faulty product then please do get in touch immediately and this will be sorted. Where possible a replacement will be offered, if it is not a refund will be issued.
Lost/Delayed/Misrouted Orders
In the event that there is an issue with the delivery itself, please get in touch. Any issues and InGameUK will look to help liaise with the courier to find this item for you.
Unfortuantely no responsibility can be taken for a delayed delivery.
In the event that the order is misrouted or lost, get in touch as soon as possible. A refund will naturally be offered to you, if such an issue were to occur.
